Please see our policies below for more detail on our return and shipping policies.  It is our goal to ensure that your experience with Southern is a pleasurable one.  Please make sure to read below regarding any questions about these policies.  If you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service department at or visit the contact us page on our website.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a store or online credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the item is not defective or incorrect, it is up to the customer to pay the original and return shipping.  Once your package is received, please allow 5 business days for return processing.  Your credit will be issued through a code to be used online.  


All returned merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.  If you return items with makeup stains, smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you the items are non refundable and will be sent back to you.  Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned items.  Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

You may not return:

All sales are final on sale and clearance items.  All sales are final on jewerly, lingerie, socks, sunglasses, scarves, hats, undergarments, leggings, hair accessories.  This is for hygenic purposes.  All items with lace are non-refundable.  Personalized items are non-refundable.  It is up to the customer to make sure that personalization information is 100% accurate before checkout. 

Custom Orders:

All personalized and custom items are final sale items and are non-refundable. 

Home Decor & Accessories & Seasonal Items:

All returned items must be returned with the original tags still attached within 15 days of delivery. Items should be returned in the original packaging.

If your item is damaged, defective, or broken in shipping:

Please contact a customer sales representative within 3 days of delivery at  Please make sure that you keep the item, original packaging, and tags for the item.  Do not mail the item back, contact a customer service representative. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Shipping Time & Delivery:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  If you have a question regarding international shipping, please contact us.

In stock items ship within 7-10 business days.  Personalized or monogrammed merchandise ships within 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise noted.  Custom items/made to order items are shipped as ready.  Expected ship dates are noted on the website under the product description.  When a payment is made, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed on our website and to our return policy.

We ship via UPS and USPS.  You will be notified with a email confirmation and tracking number information when your item is shipped.  Standard shipping via UPS is 3-10 business days depending on shipping location.  We ship from Evans, GA. Please note that USPS may take longer for your package to arrive.
