Southern offers full service interior design services to residential and commercial properties, as well as renovation projects and new builds.  With a passion for design, our designers can walk into a space and visualize the project complete.  From simple projects like accessorizing bookshelves to whole house projects, no project is too big or too small.  Our interior design service includes an onsite consultation to collaborate with the client on their wants and needs, a design board, estimate to perform the installation of the design, and install of project.  Consultations for interior design services are $85.00.

Selections Coordinator $1,500

 

As selections coordinator our designers assist those clients in the new phase of construction or those renovating a space to assist selecting floor, tile, counter tops, cabinets, pulls and knobs, hardware, lighting, paint colors, plumbing fixtures.  Our selections coordinator includes onsite consultations with the client and each preferred vendor making sure that all items are ordered correctly, installed correctly, and performs final walkthrough with client.

E Design $1,500*

Out of the area but like our design style?  Interested in doing it yourself, just do not know where or how to get started?  Southern can help!  E Designs are designs that provide a phone consultation, design board with vendor price list to all sources for purchasing, and follow up consultation for placement of all the pieces.

FAQs

Do we have an onsite contractor to bring your interior design vision to life?

Yes! Having an onsite contractor is required to do any design work.

Do we offer custom draperies, pillows, bedding and other fabric pieces?

Yes, we have an onsite seamstress who offers custom fabric treatments.

Are items returnable?

As long as it’s not custom design work, you are able to return any products within 14 days.
